Summertime Arts: Sewing Camp (Rising Grades 5–8)

Calling all interested sewing, fabric, and textile “makers”! Learn to use your sewing machine and sew by hand. Bring your creative ideas to life through sewing projects. Design a purse, pouch, piece of clothing, beanbag, pillow, stuffed animal, room decoration, any accessory that you dream up—and make it yourself! Campers will learn to sketch designs, manipulate fabric to achieve desired results, and use a sewing machine proficiently and with increased intricacy. All skill levels are welcome, but there are limited spaces available. Bring your own sewing machine, or let us know if you prefer to use one of ours!
