STEAM Camp: Podcasting Party (Rising Grades 4–7)

Welcome podcasters! In our podcasting party club, we’re going to be creating audio experiences and learning about different popular podcast formats. We’ll be using freely available tools like Soundtrap, Audiohijack, and Audacity to make our pieces while also learning about industry standard techniques for engineering, editing, and interviews. Camp will provide the equipment you need. Think of favorite podcasts that you want to share with the group, or join the party ready to learn about something completely new! All levels of experience are welcome. Each day will include lessons, discussion, creative exploration, hands-on activities, lunch, and outdoor recess. Let’s make some audio!
