Withdrawal Policy

Families wishing to switch camp programs should email the Camp Office, summer@waynflete.org. Any requests to switch programs within two weeks of the session start will incur an additional $10 fee.

2026 Withdrawal Policy

Before May 1, 2026

Campers withdrawn in writing before May 1, 2026 will receive a full refund less the non-refundable deposit of $50 per camp session. 

After May 1, 2026

Campers withdrawn after May 1, 2026, but 14 days before their camp session start date, will receive a 100% credit (less the $50 non-refundable deposit per camp session). This credit can be applied to a future camp session or any Waynflete Auxiliary Program before August 31, 2026. 

Within 14 days of the camp session start date

Any withdrawals made within 14 days of the camp session start date are non-refundable. This includes absences due to minor illness/injury, family schedule changes, forgotten registrations, behavioral concerns or other similar matters. 

In the event of a serious illness/injury or a family emergency, our Leadership Team will evaluate the circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
