Withdrawal Policy
Campers withdrawn in writing before June 1, 2024 will receive a full refund less a nonrefundable registration fee of $50 per week. Campers withdrawn after June 1, 2024, yet prior to the start of their reserved session, will receive a 100% credit which can be applied to a future camp session, less the non-refundable registration fee. A withdrawal made after the start of a session is nonrefundable, including for absences due to minor illness/injury, family schedule changes, forgotten registrations, behavioral concerns or other similar matters. In the event of a serious illness/injury or family emergency, Waynflete will evaluate the circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
