Summertime Arts Camps

Programs for grades 2–5, 5–8, and 6–9

If you enjoy art—designing and making all sorts of things—you will enjoy Summertime Arts, Waynflete’s traditional decades-old arts and crafts program in which campers work with several teaching artists each week to explore different art forms, styles, colors, and media. Our teaching artists emphasize the creative process so campers develop enriching life skills, a love of art, and confidence in their ability as “makers.” Each week will focus on several different media, and some of our offerings this summer include drawing, painting, printing, ceramics, loom weaving, sculpture, collage, needle-felting, punch needle, and handmade crafts of all sorts. Check out each week’s description for more details.
