Tuition is noted by each camp session description on our website and on our registration portal.
Tuition Payment Options
Both options require a payment by debit/credit card at the time of registration. Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
1) Pay in full for all camp weeks at the time of registration, or
2) Pay a deposit per camp week ($50) and set up a payment plan for the balance. Payments will be automatically deducted on March 2, April 1, and May 1, 2026.
Withdrawal Policy
Before May 1, 2026
Campers withdrawn in writing before May 1, 2026 will receive a full refund less the non-refundable deposit of $50 per camp session.
After May 1, 2026
Campers withdrawn after May 1, 2026, but 14 days before their camp session start date, will receive a 100% credit (less the $50 non-refundable deposit per camp session). This credit can be applied to a future camp session or any Waynflete Auxiliary Program before August 31, 2026.
Within 14 days of the camp session start date
Any withdrawals made within 14 days of the camp session start date are non-refundable. This includes absences due to minor illness/injury, family schedule changes, forgotten registrations, behavioral concerns or other similar matters.
In the event of a serious illness/injury or a family emergency, our Leadership Team will evaluate the circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
Tuition Assistance
Summer at Waynflete provides tuition assistance for week-long day camps for children in our community, ages 4–16, whose financial need would otherwise prevent them from affording such experiences. To maximize the number of families we can assist, only partial scholarships will be awarded.
Applications for the 2026 camp season will open in January 2026 and close on March 1, 2026. More information will be shared here on the application process before the end of the year. If you have any questions, please contact our team at summer@waynflete.org.
