Tuition is noted by each camp session description on our website and on our registration portal.
Tuition Payment Options
Both options require a payment by debit/credit card at the time of registration. Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
1) Pay in full for all camp weeks at the time of registration, or
2) Pay a deposit per camp week and set up a payment plan for the balance. Payments will be automatically deducted on March 1, April 1, and May 1.
Campers withdrawn in writing before June 1, 2024, will receive a full refund less a nonrefundable registration fee of $50 per week. Campers withdrawn after June 1, 2024, yet prior to the start of their reserved session, will receive a 100% credit that can be applied to a future camp session, less the non-refundable registration fee. A withdrawal made after the start of a session is nonrefundable, including for absences due to minor illness/injury, family schedule changes, forgotten registrations, behavioral concerns, or other similar matters. In the event of a serious illness/injury or family emergency, Waynflete will evaluate the circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
Families are welcome to apply for tuition assistance. Applications must be received by March 1 to be considered for the 2024 Waynflete Summer season. Access the tuition assistance form
Families may register for Waynflete Summer, pay the deposit per week of camp, then apply for tuition assistance. If we are able to award tuition assistance, we will notify the family and apply the award to the account by April 12, 2024. If we are unable to award tuition assistance, and you are unable to pay the balance for summer camp, we will cancel your registration and refund your deposit.
Sibling Discount: A $5 discount per additional sibling will be applied at registration.
