Counselor-In-Training (CIT) Program
Ages 14-16
Apply to join us this summer for our Counselor-in-Training (CIT) leadership development program! Each CIT session is a two-week commitment for teens in rising grades 9-10. CITs will have daily training sessions focused on leadership, team building, activity preparation, small group discussions, and reflection. Outside of training sessions, CITs will be immersed in a variety of camp programs, learning new techniques from our experienced staff to build their camp counselor skills and confidence. No camp on July 3.
