Arrival: 8:30–9:00 am
Campers may arrive to begin the daily check-in process starting at 8:30 a.m. Please leave plenty of time to park in the neighborhood and walk onto campus. Families must accompany their camper(s) to morning check-in with our camp staff daily. Check-in locations will be marked by pop up tents and tables and will be located behind Thomas House, near the Cook/Hyde building, and outside of the Arts Center on Storer Street. After checking in, campers will proceed to their group’s morning location to meet fellow campers, their Program Directors and other program staff. Families that arrive before 8:30am must wait with their camper until check-in begins at 8:30am.
Late Arrival: If your camper is arriving after 9:00 am, you must walk them into the Lower School lobby to be checked in with our Camp Leadership Team. Enter through the first set of glass doors and ring the bell on the wall to alert us of your arrival.
Pick up: 3:00–3:30 pm
Campers will be ready for pick-up starting at 3:00 p.m. at the same location as morning check-in. All campers must be signed out with their Program Director before leaving for the day. For rainy day dismissal, campers will wait in the Sills Gymnasium to be picked up and families will be directed by camp staff to this location.
Permission to Self Dismiss / Walk Home (ages 10+ only): Campers ages 10 and over may be granted permission to walk home at the end of the camp day between 3:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. after checking out with their Program Director. This permission is granted in the forms section of the registration process.
Early Dismissal: Early dismissals must occur before 2:30 pm. If you need to dismiss your camper early, an email to summer@waynflete.org or handwritten note needs to be delivered at drop-off to camp or before 9:00 a.m.
Authorized Dismissal: We will only release campers to people listed on the Authorized Dismissal list (completed during online registration). You will be asked to show your ID at pick up to verify you are an approved person on our lists.
You can view and edit your authorized pick-up list in your “Household Form” within your Summer at Waynflete CampBrain account. Log in here! You can return to this page to update or add people until Wednesday at 8:00 am of the week prior. Due to the large number of families we see over the course of the summer, We will not be able to accommodate changes to this list after it has been finalized.

Campers may arrive to begin the daily check-in process at 8:30 am. Families can park in the lot or along Osgood St. and walk your camper to the check-in table near the Field House to meet the Program Directors and counselors. Families must accompany their camper(s) to morning check-in with our camp staff daily.
Late Arrival: If your camper arrives after 9:00 am, you must walk them to the Field House area to be checked in by our Site Leader, or if a staff member is not available in this area, walk them directly to their Program Director at their camps location.
Pick up: 3:00–3:30 pm
Campers will be ready for pick-up at the field by the check-in table by 3:00 p.m. Please ensure your child has checked out with their Program Director before leaving for the day.

New 2025 Bus Service!
We get it, it’s hard to drop off campers in two different locations for one summer camp! This summer we are happy to offer bus service from our Spring Street campus to our Fore River Fields Athletic Complex each week camp is in session. Summer at Waynflete buses are run by our highly qualified year-round bus drivers. The bus drivers will be accompanied by a Summer at Waynflete staff member. Campers in grades K through 9 are welcome to ride,
$20/week | Space is limited! Reserve your campers spot by adding this option to your summer camp registrations via your Summer at Waynflete account.
