Withdrawal / Cancellation Policy

We welcome you to Waynflete SUMMER 2021! We have always done our very best to keep each and every camper safe and healthy at Waynflete and we will continue to be dedicated to the wellbeing of our camp community this summer. 

In light of the ongoing global pandemic, Waynflete may have to cancel a camp program. In this event, parents will be notified and can make one of the following choices: 

Apply deposit/payment to another session or to next summer:

Apply all or a portion of the deposit/payments you made on your account to your registration for a different program this summer or to a program in the summer of 2022. This helps us with financial planning, and we will be delighted to see your camper next summer. 

Request a refund:

We recognize that each of us is affected in different ways by this crisis. At your request, if we have to cancel a program, we will issue a refund. 

Camp Withdrawal Policy

Campers withdrawn in writing at least seven days prior to the beginning of the camp session will receive a full refund less a nonrefundable registration fee of $50 per program. Campers withdrawn after that date but before the start of the session will receive a 75 percent refund less the non-refundable registration fee. 

A withdrawal made after the start of a session is nonrefundable, including for absences due to minor illness/injury, family schedule changes, forgotten registrations, behavioral concerns or other similar matters. 

In the event of a serious illness/injury or family emergency, Waynflete will evaluate the circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
