Withdrawal Policy

We welcome you to Waynflete SUMMER 2021! We have always done our very best to keep each and every camper safe and healthy at Waynflete and we will continue to be dedicated to the wellbeing of our camp community this summer. 

In light of the ongoing global pandemic, Waynflete may have to cancel a camp program. In this event, parents will be notified and can make one of the following choices: 

Apply deposit/payment to another session or to next summer:

Apply all or a portion of the deposit/payments you made on your account to your registration for a different program this summer or to a program in the summer of 2022. This helps us with financial planning, and we will be delighted to see your camper next summer. 

Request a refund:

We recognize that each of us is affected in different ways by this crisis. At your request, if we have to cancel a program, we will issue a refund. 

Camp Withdrawal Policy

With written notification, families may withdraw a camper from a camp program and fees paid will be refunded in full provided notice is received 30 days before the first day of the camp session.

A withdrawal after 30 days and at least seven days before the first day of the camp program will be refunded less a $50 registration fee. A request for withdrawal from a camp session may be sent to the Director of Enrichment and/or Camp Director at summer@waynflete.org

A withdrawal made less than seven days before the start of a session is non-refundable. However, we will make every effort to help switch your camper into a different program that is available for their age group.
